Myths, Legends, and Tales will certainly liven up any St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and we will highlight some of the great music from the British Isles. John Williams, James Horner, and Jan Van der Roost are composers who have provided a wealth of great music for the brass band with some beautiful, lyrical music, as well as powerful and dynamic music. So, imagine the brass band with dancers and bagpipes, and you will begin to get a glimpse at what is in store for you at our Celtic Celebration, Myths, Legends, and Tales.

Tuesday, March 19"The Ugly Duckling" Live Musical Storytime

Colorado Symphony's Mini Música performance of "The Ugly Duckling.” Mini Música is a bilingual, interactive concert program that appears in multiple venues around the metro area annually. Featuring a 16-piece orchestra and a narrator who will incorporate storytelling, singing, and dancing in both English and Spanish, this program is designed to introduce young children to the instruments of the orchestra through a musical telling of a children’s story.
